Meet Carlisle — a Mississippi State University graduate who’s been in our family catering business since childhood. From washing dishes and vehicles to packing trailers, prepping food, and cooking, he’s learned every role hands‑on. Since joining the team full time, Carlisle has taken on office and financial duties while mastering smoking and grilling. He’s decisive, bold, a leader, and unafraid to take charge. Carlisle leads with confidence, keeps the team on track, and lightens the day with a sharp, dry wit. We’re proud to have our son steering both the kitchen and the business into the future.
